This Privacy Policy explains what information Create The Edge ("we", "our") collects when you visit this website or submit a form, and how we use that information.

What we collect

When you submit a form (AI Audit, AI Readiness Scorecard, Strategy Call, contact), we collect the fields you fill in — typically name, email, phone number, business name, website, industry, employees, and the answers you provide. We may also collect basic technical information such as the page you submitted from.

How we use it

We use submissions only to follow up on your request and improve our services. We do not sell your information. We do not enroll you in newsletters without your consent.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in (by checking an SMS consent box, texting us, or submitting a form that explicitly requests SMS communication), we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, account notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the SMS program (for example, messaging platforms and consent management providers) is permitted only to deliver the service you requested. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in our internal Create The Edge workspace. They are only accessible to authorized team members.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text.
